I have been with State Farm for a very long time. When my previous agent retired, my policies were transferred to Nelson Pinto’s office. I’m very happy with their excellent service! Every time I have a question or concern, I know I can count on them for answers. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recently had an incident with my vehicle and they were super helpful and pointed me in the right direction. I’ve referred my friends and family to Nelson Pinto’s office and am happy to hear that they also have received the same great quality service. I definitely recommend them!!

Terrible service. My agent of over 30 years retired and apparently his staff left with him. I never had a problem that couldn't be quickly resolved until Pinto took over my policies. In my opinion the staff is pushy, unresponsive and gives out either inaccurate or incomplete information. Based on my experience and in my opinion I would recommend avoiding this agent and going with someone else. Plenty of choices in the Reno/Sparks area.
